It’s the same every spring; I don’t know why anyone is ever surprised. Our little corner of Michigan had plenty of rain, some flooded roads, a lot of wet basements (TG, not ours), and rivers coming up over their banks. These photos were taken today…several days after the water started receding…on the St. Joseph River.
